We want you to be delighted with your Ted Baker purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags still attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Ted Baker tags are intact and including the completed returns form inside the parcel.
Label and Post
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
